Jarvis privacy policy
Last updated 8 November 2026
Jarvis is a private assistant used only by its owner, Rishi Patel. It isn't available to the public.
What it accesses
With the owner's permission, read-only access to his own Google account: Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive. It never sends, changes or deletes anything in the account.
How the data is used
Only to show the owner his own deadlines, events, emails and files, and to remind him of them. The data isn't sold or shared, isn't used for advertising, and isn't used to train AI models.
Storage
On the owner's private server. Sign-in tokens are encrypted. Nothing is shared with third parties. Short extracts may be processed by an AI model provider, only to answer the owner's own questions, under zero-data-retention terms where available.
Limited Use
Jarvis's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
The owner can disconnect at any time in Jarvis, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored copies are then archived and no longer updated.
